Hi, I’m Cav.
I’m a coach, photographer, cyclist, racer, mathematician, and sports scientist based in Yorkshire. I love good coffee, good food, and the outdoors. My family, friends, and my word are important to me.

I have a strong passion for racing. After competing myself for years, I have experienced tribulations as an Athlete, and I have worked with a range of coaches. Through these experiences, I know the coach I’d like in my corner; the coach I’m trying to be.

What does this look like?

Someone who gets to know you as a person and an athlete. Someone who understands and can help you react to what life throws at you.

Being as knowledgeable as possible regarding all areas of cycling and having a range of contacts to call upon for advice. I regularly interact and work with other coaches to ensure my standard of coaching is high and discuss current topics. As an athlete, photographer and support staff, I’m constantly exposed to the quickly evolving sport where 1% matters.
